Security

ScoLocate’s entire site is monitored by a state-of-the-art CCTV system from Indigo Vision.  The system enables monitoring, viewing and recording of activity across the entire facility.  The system is used to quickly analyze thousands of recordings using motion, time and camera search criteria, potentially saving valuable search time should an incident occur.  The system captures images at 25 frames per second which gives full motion digital quality video. 

Access to the facility is controlled by strict access policies and procedure along with industry standard two-factor authentication i.e. proximity cards. Proximity cards can be used to monitor and/or limit personnel movement within the facility. Where required we can configure proximity cards to meet our clients existing security policies.

Strict controls are placed on physical key management. At any moment in time we have logs that will identify which keys are signed out and to whom. This provides us with an audit trail should an incident occur. It also ensures keys are not removed from the facility.

All doors on the perimeter of our facility are either fitted with access control systems or intruder alarm systems.
This will audit authorized access and detect unauthorized access.

The facility is manned 24 x 365 by security personnel who regularly patrol the facility's perimeter.

Access to the facility is granted to authorised client personnel only. This is always organized by prior arrangement.

ScoLocate has a strong focus on security and as such pay attention to global security issues. For this reason we have implemented a Prevailing Security Status procedure. This procedure deals with raising our level of security when a major incident happens out with the facility.
