The ScoLocate facility is manned 24 hours per day, 365 days a year as ScoLocate offer a non-stop computing environment.

Basic Technical Support Activities

  • Power cycling / reboot / attended reboot
  • Remote hands service
  • Hardware installation / upgrades / repairs
  • Media changing / cleaning
  • Rack installation
  • Rack relocation
  • Equipment audit

Please note that many of the above services are available as annual support packages. Prices for these packages are agreed in advance of the start date, and are payable quarterly in advance.
