The Network Operations Center (NOC) is staffed and managed 24 x 365 by ScoLocate Level 1 IT support staff. From this centralized location, ScoLocate monitor critical IT and facility services, systems and SLA’s. The NOC provide around-the-clock monitoring and troubleshooting of network services and environmental control systems such as HVAC and power.
ScoLocate utilises the
Unicenter® NSM and Unicenter® Service Desk and Building Management Systems (BMS) to provide a holistic view of the facility, it is the most powerful, robust and dependable combination of tools that enables the NOC to monitor all elements of the Data Center.
Through the utilisation of these systems the ScoLocate NOC can provide advanced system performance monitoring, alert ticketing, network monitoring and an extensive knowledge base, assisting helpdesk operators to effectively resolve system issues.
