ITIL

ITIL is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. ITIL provides a cohesive set of best practice, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally.

Unicenter® NSM and Unicenter® Service Desk automates and integrates ITIL processes in all aspects of its service delivery. In turn this delivers consistently superior service levels for our customers at an appropriate cost.
ISO27001
ScoLocate are currently in the process of implementing the only globally recognized standard in Information Security Management - ISO 27001. This standard covers all areas of security including technical (IT) security, physical security and personnel (HR) security. It uses a risk based approach to ensure appropriate security controls are implemented to mitigate overall business risk. Achieving the standard will not only raise our level of corporate security but it will also help us provide the correct level of assurance to our clients that their information assets are protected accordingly.
Project Management
ScoLocate uses its own bespoke project management system to facilitate the planning, design and implementation of a client solution through to handover to the appropriate ScoLocate operations team.
