ScoLocate, which operates Scotland’s largest independent commercial Data Center, has appointed John Yau as Head of IT.
John brings in a wealth of technical and senior management experience. He joins from the DataCash Group plc, the AIM-listed transaction processing company where as Chief Technology Officer, he was responsible for the development of IT systems and service delivery through a sustained period of rapid growth. We are proud to announce that ScoLocate was named the 8th fastest growing Scottish company in the 2007 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA, a ranking of the fastest growing technology companies in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
To determine the fastest growing companies, Deloitte calculated the revenue growth percentage over five years (2002-2006). Making this list is a notable accomplishment for ScoLocate.
“Because Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA measures sustained revenue growth over five years, being one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in EMEA is an impressive achievement,” said Eric Morgain, partner in charge of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 EMEA program. “ScoLocate deserves a lot of credit for its remarkable growth.”
ScoLocate attribute this strong growth to many factors, including a passionate belief in placing our customers, staff and stakeholders first whilst delivering an outstanding quality service.
