Using
Unicenter® NSM and Unicenter® Service Desk delivers high availability and increased reliability of business critical systems through comprehensive automated management. It proactively monitors system parameters, including things such as OS and application service states, disk I/O, memory usage, bandwidth, application status, and events to identify problems before access to core services are interrupted.
Upon the detection of a problem the ScoLocate Network Operations Center (NOC) will follow an agreed procedure to inform the client and take appropriate and corrective action.
